Please include the full address, building number, entrance/knisa (if applicable), and apartment number. If delivery is to a yeshiva, seminary, or other institution, include its name. For pickup, write “Pickup”.
Include any delivery details, such as a requested delivery date or time, entrance instructions, building code, floor, or where to find the recipient.
